How can I book?
You can book DIRECT by...
- emailing us: we will answer your booking request as soon as possible!
- phoning us.
- using the BOOK NOW button on our website: just select the available type of rooms and number of nights for the date you select and enter your creditcard details to confirm the booking with the GOMIO webpage
Where can I get something to eat and drink in Brussels?
Our staff will be happy to give you all the interesting inside tips on what to see, eat, drink and do in the city center!
Do you have internet for free?
Yes, we have free internet terminals.
Do you serve breakfast?
We have free hot drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate) availbable in the morning from 07:30 until 10:30
There is also a fully equipped kitchen that you may use to prepare your own meals.

Yes, bedsheets are included.
Do you have lockers?
Yes, we have free lockers in most of the dorm rooms. We have also free lockers in the hallway.
I want to visit other cities besides Brussels(like Bruges, Antwerp, Ghent), what should I do?
All cities in Belgium are reachable for a day trip because of Brussels central location.
Bruges: 50 minutes train ride
Ghent: 30 minutes train ride
Antwerp: 40 minutes train ride
When can I check-in?
Check-in time is usually from 4.00 pm when all rooms are cleaned!
During the morning opening hours of the reception (from 7.30 am until 1.00 pm) you can already store your luggages in the luggage room.
Reception is closed in the afternoon from 1.00 pm until 4.00 pm. (Should you arrive a bit later then 1.00 pm then usually its still possible to put your luggages inside our luggage room.)
What should I do in case I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellation is always 48 hours before the DAY (not the hour) of your arrival by email. In case your cancellation is less then 24 hours before the day of your arrival then we will only charge the first night of your stay
