Terms & conditions
- Cancellation policy: no charge if a cancellation by e-mail or fax is received at least 48 hours prior to the DAY of arrival (not the time of arrival!) . A cancellation is valid when de customer has received a cancellation e-mail reply. In case of "no show" or if a booking is canceled less than 48 hours prior to the DAY of arrival, only the first night will be charged on the customer's credit card.
- Rates include all taxes and service charges. Rates may change without pior notice.
- No breakfast, but free coffee and tea is available in the morning and we also have a fully equipped self-catering kitchen at your disposal for all your meals.
- Sheets are included in the price per stay, not per night.
- Towels are included for the private rooms. Towels for the dorm rooms: 1 Euro charge for cleaning service.
- Maximum stay: 7 nights

- We do not make any difference between 4 & 6 bed dorm rooms, prices are the same, we have the right to give a 6 bed dorm if we don't have a 4 bed dorm available. Some 4 - 6 bed dorm rooms have a private shower & toilet, others are shared.
- Opening hours reception, lounge, kitchen and internet: 7h 30min till 13h and 16h till 23h.
- No lock-out nor curfew: : 24hrs access

Check-out time from hostel is 11:00 am - Check-in: from 16h till 23h. Check-out: until 11h AM. (for early birds: key card disposal available in the morning!) We do have a luggage room at your disposal in case you should arrive in the morning.
- The credit card is only accepted for the booking fee and as a guarantee of your booking confirmation, the total roomrate payments need to be effected upon arrival. There is a 1,5% charge for payments with creditcard. We only accept credit cards when the total balance is over € 100.
- In case you wish to stay longer at our hostel, then please let us know at least the day before and we will look the availability for you.
- In order to maintain the philosophy of our name: "2GO4 Quality Hostel" we cannot accept group bookings of more then 6 people. We have the right to cancel any of those group bookings as well as any bookings made with the intention to create a bigger group in our hostel. The loss of any deposit (paid to any third party bookings organistation) that comes with those bookings cannot be claimed to our hostel for refund.
- Dorm rooms: age limit until 45. Private rooms: no age limit!"
